Covid-19 : Temporary suspension of activity at production & logistics sites - Provisional postponement of our deliveries​

By this decision, Somfy wants to take the necessary time to reinforce the health measures already in place and to guarantee a safe working environment to its employees. Of course, we will keep you informed of the evolution of the situation, our objective is to resume service continuity as soon as possible.​

To date, activity at production sites located outside these areas (China, Poland, Tunisia) has been maintained, and the teams in charge of these sites carry out a daily assessment of the situation.

CONCERNING OUR OTHER SERVICE​

All Somfy services continue to operate, thanks to teleworking measures implemented for all employees whose activity allows it. These measures ensure continuity of service for all  the customers, consumers and service providers. Somfy teams remain more than ever mobilised to define alternative solutions, restart activities as quickly as possible on sites in temporary suspension and ensure the continuity of our operations while ensuring the health and safety of our employees.​

As the situation changes regularly and rapidly, Somfy will keep its customers and partners regularly informed of the situation and the measures in force at each site. ​
