Somfy Singapore Buisness Update – We are Open
We are pleased to announce that after consulting with the relevant authorities and the guidelines given by them, we will be commencing operations from 8th of June 2020. We have taken extensive measures to disinfect and clean up our office so that you can be rest assured of your safety.

- While we like to meet you in person, visit to the office is by appointment.
- We would be taking your temperature when you visit us.
- Only 2 visitors are allowed per appointment.
- Visitors registration would be done using the Safe-Entry system at the Singapore office, where else other offices would use a visitor logbook.
Somfy Warehouse @Northstar Singapore
- Visit to the warehouse for self-collection is by appointment
- Visitors must check-in using the Safe-Entry system.
- We would provide a designated pick up point at the warehouse with minimum contact
- Our premise would be regularly cleaned twice a day
Repair Requests & Technical support
- We have resumed technical support and warranty claims by appointment.
- Appointments can be made for product returns on Tuesday from 10am to 5pm. We hope to increase the number of days in the coming weeks.
